Peter is President of Hillcrest Family Office, a family office serving his parents and their descendants (currently three generations). In this role, he oversees the implementation by the office COO/CFO of the family’s goals, including investment strategy, risk management, estate planning, tax compliance, and other services. Peter also serves as President of KCB Real Estate Management LLC, a boutique real estate investment platform that serves his family as well as non-family investors with similar investment objectives. Since joining KCB in 2003, Peter has raised and deployed over $400 million of capital into over 120 properties with an asset value of over $1.6 billion. KCB acquires a range of income-producing property types across the US with a focus on capital preservation, cash flow, long term appreciation, and tax efficiency. Peter earned a B.A., with highest honors, from Princeton University, a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School and a Doctorate .
